Avert Vitamin and Supplement Poisoning

Vitamin E: Surplus consumption of Vitamin E causes gastric trouble, nausea, stomach cramps, headache, easy contusing and bleeding, diarrhea, exhaustion, inhibition of platelet accumulation, creatinuria, and muscle weakness. Lengthy exposure can cause inhibition of other antioxidants, as well as raising the risk of suffering a hemorrhagic stroke.

Vitamins B1, B2, B12, and folate: Excessive amounts of B vitamins cause tachycardia, urine discoloration, weakness, hypotension, convulsions, vasodilation, and cardiac dysrhythmias, and much more.

If any natural supplement or vitamin is taken in excessive amounts, it can still be life-threatening. It’s vital to be extremely cautious with the vitamins you opt to have and ensure you are having them in the recommended amounts in order not make your own body toxic.
